Reference some design samples/image
Discuss working process

2D & 3D Concept Design

Consultation with the client

Site survey of the existing layout
Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the current space
Plan functional layout that fits both the space and the client's intended use
Finalize the functional layout plan

3D Rendering

Consultation with the client

Technical Drawing

Create 3D visuals to simulate the entire space, including color schemes and materials
Rendering (image output)
Close-up views, etc.
Approve 3D renderings

Detailed layout of main axes: general floor plan, ceiling-floor plan, elevations, main sections, etc.
Detailed drawings of interior furnishings: tables, chairs, beds, cabinets, shelves... with clearly noted materials, dimensions, and colors
Final approval of the technical documentation

3D renderings and technical documentation
Send soft copy in PDF format via email to client
Submit full set of Technical Drawing to City to apply for Construction Permit
